When you engage Clear Sky, your legal concerns are in the hands of a dedicated and experienced attorney who understands the challenges of running a business and protecting your assets. We take the time to get to know you and what you do, so we can focus on individualized solutions that make sense. The attorneys at Clear Sky strive to take care of your legal matters, so you can focus on the things that matter to you. Our clients are not a commodity. We build long-term relationships, so we can help you grow and provide counsel every step of the way.
Firm adopts a “virtual” model with secure access to client files from anywhere.
Using the new firm model, successfully defended a small business against a major corporation, leveraging the background of several firm attorneys and taking a project management approach to control costs.
At Clear Sky, we set out to redefine the practice of law. We found creative ways to work with our colleagues, so that we can exceed client expectations and deliver legal services in a way that’s more relevant, more personal, and more cost-effective than any other firm. When lawyers work with Clear Sky, they join a community of lawyers who are fair, honest, decent people who place a premium on getting the job done. When our clients are better informed about their options and empowered to better manage their legal risks, we call that success. The lawyers who work at Clear Sky have diverse interests, practices, and backgrounds. But we are united by these common goals.
Based on a fundamental belief that attorneys have a duty to give back to the community, the lawyers at Clear Sky Law Group serve in a variety of ways.
We volunteer at the North County Bar Association’s local legal clinic, providing free advice to members of the community on topics ranging from real estate and contract disputes. We help victims of abuse at the Domestic Violence and Elder Abuse Temporary Restraining Order Clinic, so they get the help they need to stay safe. We represent clients with modest means in guardianship and immigration deportation proceedings. We actively participate in our local Bar Associations, serve as adjunct faculty at a local law school, and speak at local schools on Constitution Day. We educate business development groups on legal issues so they can better serve their own clients. We provide pro bono counsel and leadership to nonprofit groups in the community.
