Eric has practiced for many years in Carlsbad, San Diego County, and most recently, in Oakland, California. Previously, he practiced in Orange County and has represented clients in state and federal court. Eric meets with clients to ascertain details about their company in order to focus on the client’s plans and goals. Eric researches a company’s vision and concerns, and devises unique and cost-effective means that will benefit business owners. He addresses his client’s concerns about their corporations, LLCs, contracts, copyrights, trademarks, and other issues.
With more than 30 years in practice, Eric has shared his insight, experience, and wisdom to benefit hundreds of business owners. He firmly believes that an attorney must always keep the client’s long-term goals in mind. A few years ago, Eric realized that a better, more responsive and technologically advanced law firm was necessary. Soon after, he founded Clear Sky Law Group to create a different kind of law firm that delivers effective, client-centered legal services.
