Caron A. Calabrese specializes in litigation for Clear Sky Law Group, and has represented individuals and small businesses involving contract disputes, trade secrets, unfair competition, real estate, employment defense and contractor/subcontractor issues. Caron assists companies to ensure compliance and best practices in all areas of business, employment, and client relations.

Caron also concentrates on probate and the distribution of decedent estates. This includes assistance in obtaining court authority for executors, administrators, and trustees, managing the estates and trusts, and representing clients in contentious situations and probate litigation.

An active member of the local bar, Caron is now an Editor of the North County Lawyer magazine and serves as a Mediator for the San Diego Superior Court small claims division. With a strong commitment to community service, Caron is an active volunteer at the Domestic Violence Temporary Restraining Order Clinic in the Vista Courthouse, and takes direct representation cases for the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program. Caron is licensed to practice law in all California state courts and the United States District Court, Southern District of California.

After graduating from Washington College with a B.A. in International Studies and Spanish, Caron lived in Spain for several years. She still enjoys international travel and the benefits of cultural diversity.

She is a proud member of the San Diego County Bar Association, the North County Bar Association, the Irish American Bar Association, and the American Inns of Court, Lopardo chapter.
